Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, after you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

How do I apply a discount?

At checkout, there will be a text box that you can use to enter your discount code.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes we do! Gift packaging comes with our beautiful branded gift bag, gift box and soft velvet pouch.

Where is my package shipped from?

All packages are shipped out of New York.

What if I need to edit my address after I place my order?

Please email us at hello@moonfrostjewelry.com with the correct shipping address and we will update it for you immediately.

How long until I receive my package?

Once your package has been shipped, it could take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive depending on where you're located in the USA.

Shipments to Canada, United Kingdom & Australia can take anywhere from 7-15 business days to arrive.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, please send us an email and we will provide you with a return address.

What if I bought the wrong ring size?

We accept exchanges. You can send your ring back to us for the correct size.

Will my jewelry turn my skin green?

Our .925 Sterling Silver jewelry will not turn your skin green.
