Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from New York, USA.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Moon Frost Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during or after shipment.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping is available for customers located within the United States.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items internationally, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once the original item has been received, we will assist you with an exchange or provide store credit where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.
