These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.moonfrostjewelry.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from
Moon Frost Jewelry ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. It's incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Products and Pricing
We sell handmade and curated jewelry. Colors, textures, and finishes can vary slightly between photos and the actual product, since many pieces are
handmade or use natural materials.
Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects
your order, we will contact you before charging your card, and you can choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product listings.
3. Orders and Payment
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
An order confirmation email does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including limited stock,
suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund for that order.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier,
customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit,
contact us at hello@moonfrostjewelry.com and we will work with you on a resolution.
5. Returns and Refunds

To start a return, contact hello@moonfrostjewelry.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including photos, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and text, is owned by Moon Frost Jewelry or our licensors and is protected by
copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable law
Submit false or fraudulent orders
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
Interfere with the Site's operation or security
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Site without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

9. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Frost Jewelry and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is
limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Moon Frost Jewelry harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your violation of
these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association,
rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Moon Frost Jewelry each waive the right to a jury trial and to
participate in a class action.
If you do not want to be bound by this arbitration clause, you may opt out by emailing hello@moonfrostjewelry.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms,
stating your name and intent to opt out of arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means
you accept the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
